• An automobile customer relationship executive (CRE) is the primary point of contact between a dealership or service center and customers. Their responsibilities include
• Building relationships : Greet customers, assist with test drives, and help them select a vehicle.
• Addressing concerns : Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensuring satisfaction : Ensure customers are satisfied with the dealership's products and services.
• Following up : Follow up with customers within a specified time frame, such as 48 hours, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating events : Coordinate special dealership events, promotions, and seminars.
• Implementing programs : Implement customer satisfaction programs and loyalty programs.
• Preparing reports : Prepare monthly reports on customer satisfaction, including the results of factory surveys.
• Collaborating with others : Collaborate with marketing teams to create content and with salespeople to ensure post-sale customer contacts.
