Customer Relationship Executive
Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager located in Indore. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing business relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, and maintaining client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance.
Qualifications
• Customer service and customer satisfaction skills
• Business relationship management and client relations skills
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
