Designation: Client Relationship Executive

:

• Interaction with existing clients via email, virtual meetings, etc.
• Monitor & track performance for each existing client allowed on daily basis
• Work on a daily reports & tracker (client wise) for tracking day to day status of the performance and activities of the clients.
• Set up regular meetings with clients to review business performance.
• Coordinate and be in regular touch with the clients on regular basis
• To share & forward important & timely documents to the existing clients for any issues or concerns
• Internal coordination with the team members on sharing of important documents and files as per the regular process and SOP set
• To work closely on the pricing models, advertising spends, ROI, etc for the clients.
• To give regular inputs to be?er performance & ensure retention
• Assist in doing market research on brands & its competitors as guided by the reporting manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
