Role Summary:
  • Dual responsibility of managing corporate as well as Individual clients.
  • Channel Development
  • Service to existing client base
  • Lead generation
  • Sales / Revenue Generation \xe2\x80\x93
  • Daily/weekly & monthly plan preparation and execution
  • Maintains & drives compliance.
Reports To: Channel Head Location: Kolkata/ Siliguri/ Patna/ Ranchi / Jamshedpur/ Guwahati
Key Result Areas:
  • Interact with existing clients like Corporate/ Manufacturing units/ Factories/ NGOs/ Astrologers/ Institutes/ Societies/ Marriage Bureau / Advocates/ Marriage Councilors/ Marriage Registrar etc.
  • To meet / follow- up and attend clients to understand the case.
  • Working as a chain between client and back-end team for case-to-case basis
  • Job requires travel to other branches and locations time to time.
  • Candidates need to sign NDA before joining.
Monitor the performance:
  • Sales generation
  • Revenue generation
  • Client acquisition
  • Sales closing against lead generation.
Technical Skills Required: Good Knowledge of MS Office
