Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, budgeting, and team management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory control, and customer service Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding performance Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Manage shift schedules and optimize staffing levels Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records Drive wireless sales initiatives to increase revenue Utilize retail math skills for pricing and promotions

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management with a strong background in sales and team management Knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive growth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and development Prior experience in wireless sales is a plus
