•Key Responsibilities: •
Customer Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
• Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide information about vehicles, financing options, and dealership services.
Telecalling Duties:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
• Schedule appointments for test drives, service visits, and sales consultations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Sales Support:
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand promotions and inventory.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling dealership products and services.
• Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional campaigns.
Customer Feedback:
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Address any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain an organized database of customer information and interactions.
• Prepare reports on customer interactions and sales performance as needed.
•Qualifications: •
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telecalling, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
