Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

1. Create and maintain long-term customer relationships that foster customer loyalty and trust.

2. Understand customers' preferences, needs, and feedback.

3. Provide expert advice to customers, assisting them in selecting the ideal watch that fits their style and needs.

4. Assist customers in making decisions, and provide detailed information about watch features, brand history, and craftsmanship.

5. Facilitate the purchasing process, ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

6. Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and problems.

7. Ensure that products ordered online reach the customer promptly.

8. Handle customer complaints if any and ensure that the issues get resolved.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
