Job Description

• Acting as the main point of contact for customers
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
• Providing information and guidance to customers about products or services
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication and engagement
• Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction

Qualifications :

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Good organizational and time-management skills

A degree in business, marketing, or a related field may be preferred, along with experience in customer service or sales. Fresher can also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?250,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
