Responsibilities
• Customer service: Providing high-quality customer service
• Customer feedback: Collecting and communicating customer feedback
• Customer complaints: Recording and resolving customer complaints
• Database maintenance: Maintaining and updating customer databases
• Customer service reminders: Sending service reminders to customers
• Appointment scheduling: Coordinating and recording customer appointments
• Customer satisfaction: Ensuring customer satisfaction and striving to improve it
• Sales: Working with the sales team to generate leads
Requirement
• Proven Experience in Customer Relations
• Any Bachelors Degree or Plus Two
• Good Communication Skill

Pay: ?160,000.00 - ?250,000.00 per year
