Job Description

Summary:

The Customer Relations Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, has excellent communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support and Communication:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.

- Provide detailed information about products and services.

- Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.

- Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance and support.

Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and feedback.

- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.

- Experience in a customer-facing role in a similar industry is preferred.

Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.

- High level of empathy and customer-centric mindset.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
