  • Maintaining good relationship with customers
  • Record all customer complaints / issues received and resolved it
  • Maintain and update the database with information on the nature of queries and status of resolution
  • Coordinate and follow-up with other internal departments
  • Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously. Responsible for daily administration
  • Prepare reports on daily basis.
  • must have good command in all three languages (english,hindi,bengali)
  • should have computer basic knowledge in excel and word.
