Responsibilities and Duties
  • Coordinate with clients to seek their feedback
  • Coordinate with clients to follow up for payments
  • Update database with follow ups done
  • Explain client about our services (occasionally)
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Commerce/ management or other equivalent degree or diploma
  • Confident approach
  • Good communication skills in Hindi or English
  • Prior experience of customer relationship
  • A patient approach while dealing with customers
  • Capability to handle pressure and sustain under challenging time
Minimum 0 to 10 Years Experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb913,500.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
