We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive . The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to building strong and lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associate's schedules.
• Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.
• Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customers' requests.
• Generate sales leads daily.
• Explain the products and services to clients and generate meetings and showroom visits through cold calling.
• Keep records of calls, sales, and other useful information.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role or customer service-related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools or computerized directories is a plus.
• A positive and professional attitude at all times.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
