Join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) and be the face of our innovative Oh Yes app in Bangalore! You'll provide top-notch customer support, address user inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience for our users.
• Provide excellent customer service to users of the Oh Yes app, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with users to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat usage of the app.
• Educate users about the features and benefits of the Oh Yes app, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
• Handle user accounts and profiles, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to gather user feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Monitor user engagement and satisfaction metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution and follow-up.
• Stay updated on app features, updates, and promotions to effectively communicate with users.
