Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication, ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
• Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, handle cancellations, and follow up with clients post-treatment to gather feedback and promote further engagement.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about all clinic services, treatments, and products to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.
• Sales Support: Assist in promoting clinic services and products, identify upselling opportunities, and support marketing initiatives to drive client retention and acquisition.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client records, manage databases, and ensure confidentiality of client information.
• Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and insights to improve service delivery and contribute to overall clinic performance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive client experience.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer service or client relationship management, preferably in the beauty or healthcare industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and services is a plus but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a passion for helping others.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
