Customer Relation Executive
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you are expected to fulfil the below responsibilities Sales and Business Development
• Lead Generation through cold calls and activities.
• Converting online Enquiries to Enrollment / Walk-ins.
• Work on captive students upgrades and reference
• Telephonic /online enquiry follow ups
• Maintaining Good conversions (average conversion across the state is 70%)
• Student fee collections & Follow Ups.
• achieving weekly / monthly / quarterly / Yearly revenue Targets for the assigned products;
• Database maintenance/Database Calls.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the records & updating of sales figures and reports from time to time
• Daily/Weekly /Monthly reports / Analysis of reports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
• Performance bonus
Experience:
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
