About the Job:

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at our bike showroom in Jagathsinghpur. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom.

- Assist customers throughout their visit, ensuring a pleasant experience.

- Provide information about bikes and accessories available in the showroom.

- Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to their needs.

- Assist customers with their purchases and guide them through the buying process.

- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the showroom.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

- Support the sales team with customer-related tasks as needed.

- Keep up-to-date with showroom promotions and product knowledge.

Requirements:

- 0-5 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.

- Minimum education of Class 12.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Ability to work well in a team and independently.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

- Basic knowledge of bikes and accessories is a plus.
