Key Responsibilities
• Management corporate clients for the region.
• Addressing issues proactively before escalations occur.
• Ensuring SLA compliance for stakeholders in the region.
• Coordination between Broker and Insurance Company.
• Emails and calls handling
• Overseeing departmental functions, including Customer Care, Claims, Contact Centre, and related areas.
• Regular interactions and training sessions.
• Handling escalations.
Experience Required
• Graduation with 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or Client Relationship roles
• Health Insurance (Policy knowledge )
