Responsible for developing the relationship between our organization

and the customer. Address customer issues in the quickest way possible

both to the satisfaction of the customer and by following customer facing

policies. Identify repeat issues and address them in ways to ensure they

are minimized or made redundant



Key Deliverables:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through

various channels like email, phone and social media


2. Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues promptly

and ensure high customer loyalty


3. Contribute ideas, plan and execute customer relationships

management campaigns with an eye to increase customer

engagement and customer loyalty


4. Identify new sales opportunities, and develop strategies to

capture them


5. Identify best practices in the industry and implement them in

managing customer relationships


6. Adopt new trends & strategies to expand the customer base

such as upselling and cross-selling


7. Manage customer data and ensure its integrity


8. Solicit active customer feedback and identify trends based on

feedback and report to management

Requirements

3 to 4 years relevant experience in Customer service, Sales or

Marketing


Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English, Hindi and

Telugu

Good interpersonal skills

Prior experience in guest handling, guest feedback, Trouble shooting in

any service, retail, D2c business preferred


Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, ability to take quick decisions

and execute changes on the go

Be meticulous in managing data and preparing key dashboards for

Leadership team

Working knowledge of CRM tools
