to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving customer experience, enhancing engagement, and driving customer retention through strategic initiatives and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Engagement & Retention:

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.

CRM Software Management:

Oversee the use of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage customer data and interactions effectively.

Lead Management:

Track and nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze customer behavior, trends, and feedback to enhance service and sales strategies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to optimize customer experience.

Customer Support:

Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring smooth operations.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
