Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales through proactive outreach, nurturing relationships with potential customers, and maintaining client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a related role.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• High levels of self-motivation and a results-oriented approach
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Strong customer service focus
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools
