Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Customer Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers for our company Humans of Animal Land from pet- wellness industry.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and find creative solutions to customer problems
- Build rapport and relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Gather customer feedback and make recommendations for improving customer service
- Keep up-to-date with the latest products and services offered by the company
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure that customer needs are met
Requirements :
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult or emotional customer situations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions to customer problems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
