Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Provide product/service information, pricing details, and delivery timelines.
• Address customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Sales Support:
• Assist sales representatives in generating leads, prospecting, and closing sales.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and contracts as per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using CRM software.
• Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts as needed.
• Assist in organizing sales events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Training and Support:
• Train new sales staff on customer service protocols, product knowledge, and sales processes.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales team members as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer service or sales support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
