Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the advertising or media industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
