Job Brief:-

We are seeking a Female Customer Relationship Executive for our fast-paced and highly talented concierge team.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with bookings, payment processing, and handling both inbound and outbound calls and emails.
• Supporting the concierge by addressing queries related to Qutab Golf Course.
• Engaging with golfers at Qutab Golf Course to resolve any issues they may encounter.
• Managing Qutab Golf Course membership and overseeing Tee sheet schedules.
• Handling walk-in bookings and managing day-to-day reservations at Qutab Golf Course.
• Demonstrating excellent presentation and communication skills throughout all interactions.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or related field.

Timings : 9:30 AM to 6PM.

Work Location : Qutab Golf Course.
Working Days : 5 days ( Tuesdays and Wednesdays will be fixed days off.)

Requirements

• 1-2 Year in customer service or tele sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for superb hospitality and customer service
• Good computer skills.
• Should have knowledge of how the concierge is set up
• Extraordinary organizational and multitasking skills
• Can-do attitude
• Desire to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bhikaji Cama Place, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer relationship management: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
