We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

to build strong relationships with our clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between the company and its customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to improve client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing queries and concerns promptly. Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or services. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Follow up with customers for feedback and to maintain ongoing engagement. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, service) to meet customer needs. Assist in resolving any product or service-related issues faced by customers. Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services when appropriate. Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and concerns. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for service. Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM). Good organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
