Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive at India IPO in Delhi, India. The role involves daily tasks such as managing customer relationships, providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and utilizing analytical skills to enhance customer service.

Qualifications & Skills

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills

Strong Communication skills - both in-person and on-call

Analytical Skills for problem-solving

Experience in Customer Service

Ability to work effectively in a team

Excellent interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Commission pay
