Experience - Minimum 6 month of Experience in Customers handling profile

• Building relationships: Developing strategies to build relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience
• Managing customer inquiries: Addressing customer concerns and complaints, and providing solutions
• Gathering feedback: Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to understand what areas of the company's services need improvements
