Customer Relationship Executive
Job Description
• Must have knowledge about CRM/CRE Profile (CUSTOMER RELATION MANAGER AND CUSTOMER RELATION EXECUTIVE )
• Good knowledge of google Sheets.
• Maintaining databases, including contact detail and all details of customers
• Basic knowledge of Computer MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, internet suffering
• Good communications skills
• Expert in handling Customer queries online offline
• Expert in handling phone calls and emails of clients in Hindi and English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
