JOB TITLE : Customer Relationship Executive

We are seeking a dynamic customer Relationship Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationship with Customer , addressing inquiries and concerns , and ensuring customer satisfaction . The Customer Relations Representative will play a key role in enhancing sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and inquiries.

• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively , striving for customer satisfaction .

• Provide support and guidance to customer in making informed decisions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.

• Gather feedback from customer and relay it to the relevant departments for improvement .

• Communicate with customers through various channels , such as phone, mail, or in - person interactions.

• Update and maintain customer databases , ensuring accurate and up to date information .

• Track customer interactions and maintain records for future reference .

•Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and exceed expectations.

SKILLS:

• Strong Communications skill, both verbal and written .

• Good Listening skills

• Empathy and patience to handle customer complaints or difficult situations.

• Problem - solving abilities to address customer issues effectively .

• Time management and organizational skills to prioritize and manage customer interactions.

• knowledge of the company Concept , Services, and industry.

• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools.

• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to provide comprehensive customer support.

Manage and build strong rtelationship with customers on behalf of a company
