Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)- (Female)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive CRE (Female) to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and services.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Communicate product updates, offers, and services to clients effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Work closely with sales, support, and other teams to address customer concerns.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist in planning and executing customer engagement activities and campaigns.
• Provide reports and updates on customer insights, feedback, and satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field .
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management (1-3 years preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
