• Collecting and analyzing customer data.
• Calling to customers & understand their requirements
• Using CRM systems to manage relationships.
• Handling customer complaints..
• Receiving, keeping track and following up with all inbound calls from customers, vendors etc on the company toll free number. Assigning the customer leads to the respective sales team.
• Collecting feedback from customers, understanding the grievances after sale of the product. Following up with projects, operations and technical team to solve the grievance.
• Manage, track and enhance the reviews on Google and Facebook.
• Overall responsible for monthly sales targets.
Required Candidate profile:
• A bachelor's Degree is a must.
• A minimum of 1 years' experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
