Job Overview :
As a CRE, you will ensure that our customers receive great customer service. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints. CREs work closely with sales and accounting teams to improve the customer experience and identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate for us is someone who loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. They are an expert in handling client inquiries, adept at collaborating with other departments to optimise customer experience and have a passion for customer service. They will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists. Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers via phone and chat
• Provide prompt and knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients
• Create and implement service strategies and develop customer retention programs
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms
• Monitor customer feedback regularly to identify areas of improvement in our services and provide feedback to relevant teams and departments.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or any field where charisma is a superpower.
• Persuasive communication skills and strong presentation skills with a commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
• Soft skills such as patience, adaptability, and empathy
• Familiarity with or the ability to quickly learn about customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, inventory databases, and fulfillment software
