Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Salary Range: ?12,000/- to ?15,000/- per month

Minimum Qualification:

• Graduate or equivalent
• 1 year of work experience as a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) in the automobile industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection, financing options, and service inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer data and update it regularly in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Follow up with customers post-sale or service to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Conduct feedback surveys to gather insights on customer satisfaction and areas of improvement.
• Provide regular reports to management on customer interactions and feedback.
• Support the team in achieving customer retention and satisfaction targets.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of commercial vehicles and the automobile industry is preferred.
