• Assist in creating and delivering presentations using PowerPoint and compiling reports on Excel sheets.
• Maintain effective communication with clients in English, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Use problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and issues, always focusing on customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and reporting.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently, while closely following the manager's guidance and directives.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A customer-focused mindset with a drive to maintain and strengthen client relationships.
• Must have a personal vehicle for commuting to work or meetings as required.
