Job Description

AKB Motors LLP , a reputed TVS dealership, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. This role involves interacting with customers, ensuring a smooth service experience, and maintaining positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and guide them through the service process.
• Respond to inquiries about service schedules, vehicle status, and related matters.
• Collaborate with the service team to provide timely updates on vehicle repairs and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service reports.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.
• Provide suggestions to enhance the customer service experience.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills in Malayalam; English proficiency is an added advantage.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Female candidates are preferred for this role.
