Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for a variety of tasks related to customer service and support, including:
• Customer communication: Answering calls, responding to emails, and communicating with customers through other mobile.
• Customer service: Providing information about products and services, helping customers choose products, and handling complaints
• Customer data: Maintaining customer databases and records, and analyzing customer data
• Appointment management: Taking appointments and scheduling procedures
• Follow-up: Following up with customers to ensure their requests and complaints are addressed
