Job Description

• Sales : Making outbound calls to generate leads
• Customer service : Handling customer complaints, feedback, and appointments
• Scheduling : Managing and scheduling appointments for procedures
• Information : Informing potential clients about the company's products and services
• Database management : Inputting and maintaining guest information in the company database
• Relationship building : Building relationships with colleagues and clients
• Customer satisfaction : Ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
• Record keeping : Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow-up : Following up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests or complaints .
• Should have strong system knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
