Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Assist customers with vehicle purchases, financing options, and service bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Promote dealership services and campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship roles, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.
• Ability to handle customer grievances with empathy and professionalism.
• A proactive and customer-centric mindset.
