Responsibilities:
• Data analysis Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for marketing
• Client relationship management Maintain client relationships, attend client meetings, and fix relationships that aren't working
• Coordinate sales and marketing teams Use CRM technology to share data between departments, coordinate sales and marketing efforts, and follow clients' progress in real-time
• Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns Organize marketing efforts into a single framework to manage campaigns across email, social media, and other channels
• Championing customer loyalty Build strong links and relationships with customers to foster customer retention and loyalty
• Communication Communicate clearly and consistently with fellow crew members, as well as with the systems you operate
Other responsibilities include: Monitoring customer relation strategies, Recommending strategy improvements, Building workflows to manage relationships, Refining existing workflows and strategies, and Coordinating meetings.
Qualification:
graduation, good communication skills, having complete computer knowledge, use to with social media activities.
