1.Build and maintain strong client relationships.
2.Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs. ? Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
3.Resolve client complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
4. Respond to client queries via phone or email.
5.Coordinate with internal teams for timely client responses.
6.Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions. Prepare client satisfaction and issue resolution reports.
7. Collaborate with sales and marketing to enhance client experience.
8. Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions
