Full job description
• Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and pain points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure seamless customer experience.
• oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Develop and maintain CRM workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
• Develop and manage customer loyalty programs.
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales through data analysis and customer insights.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Track sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for CRM effectiveness.
• Analyze sales and customer data to inform business decisions.
• Provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
