As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support. Your role is crucial in fostering customer loyalty, resolving issues efficiently, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests.
• Understand clients' needs and work towards exceeding their expectations.
• Customer Support:
• Provide timely and effective customer support across all communication channels.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Feedback and Improvement:
• Collect customer feedback and insights to improve services and products.
• Identify trends in customer behavior and provide recommendations for enhancing customer experience.
• Communication:
• Communicate company policies, procedures, and updates to customers.
• Keep clients informed about new products, services, and promotional offers.
• Reporting:
• Prepare and present regular reports on customer satisfaction, feedback, and relationship status.
• Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in customer relations, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
