Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized financial advice and solutions.Effective cold calling and relationship building can help a retail manager generate their own leads and build new connections.Has to meet the client fixed by the voice caller and telecaller.Ensure that a maximum number of appointments should be made for a month.Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales.Manage a portfolio of clients and provide ongoing support and advice to help them achieve their financial goalsProactively seek out new business opportunities and generate new leads to expand the client baseMaintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, services, and market trends to provide the best advice and recommendations to clientsConduct regular performance reviews and provide updates to clients on their portfolio performance and investment strategyEnsure compliance with industry regulations and company policies and proceduresActively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customersObtaining referrals from the current clientele to widen the sales pipelineOverseeing pre- to post-sales support activities for the designated goods and and regions while guaranteeingthe greatest level of client satisfaction.Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments to ensure the team is well-informed and equipped toprovide expert advice.The KYC (Know Your Customer) process for customers will be conducted with the assistance of the CST(Customer Service Team).Qualification:Completion of any PG / UG / Any SpecializationMinimum of 8 years of relevant experience in wealth management, including at least 5 years of leadershipexperience.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Having knowledge of Excel is essential for this position.Proven track record of achieving targets and growing revenue.Strong knowledge of financial planning and investment strategies.Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.Good command of oral and written English and the ability to converse freely and build rapport.Experience in Sales process - end to end is a plus.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb965,000.00 per monthExperience:
