Job Description

Customer Interaction:

Greet customers and assist them during their visit or inquiry. Address customer needs, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. Ensure a smooth customer experience from entry to exit.

Customer Follow-up:

Follow up with customers post-service/sales to gather feedback. Remind customers about due services, insurance renewal, or vehicle pick-up. Maintain regular communication via calls, SMS, or emails.

Record Maintenance:

Maintain customer databases, update contact details, service records, and preferences. Ensure all interactions are logged into CRM/DMS (Dealer Management System).

Coordination:

Coordinate between various departments (sales, service, finance) to ensure smooth customer handling. Act as a bridge between customers and the technical/service team.

Problem Resolution:

Escalate unresolved issues to higher management or technical teams. Ensure quick and effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.

Feedback & Improvement:

Collect and analyze customer feedback. Suggest improvements in services based on customer inputs.

Skills Required:



Good communication & interpersonal skills Customer-first attitude Patience and problem-solving abilities Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, DMS) Time management and multitasking
