• Escalate unresolved complaints to higher management.
3. Coordination with Teams
• Collaborate with sales, service, and other teams to address customer requirements.
• Coordinate service appointments and ensure smooth service delivery.
4. Customer Feedback and Follow-Up
• Collect feedback to gauge customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their queries or issues have been resolved.
5. Documentation and Record-Keeping
• Maintain accurate customer records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Update customer contact details, preferences, and transaction history.
6. Promoting Additional Services
• Upsell or cross-sell products and services, such as extended warranties, service packages, or new launches.
• Educate customers about ongoing offers and loyalty programs.
7. Performance Metrics and Reporting
• Meet individual targets for customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide regular reports to management on customer interactions, trends, and issues.
