Job Description

Customer Interaction

• Greet customers and provide a warm, professional welcome.
• Understand customer needs, preferences, and queries.
• Guide customers about products, services, promotions, and company policies.

2. Complaint Handling and Resolution

• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Record complaints and feedback in the system for tracking and improvements.
• Escalate unresolved complaints to higher management.

3. Coordination with Teams

• Collaborate with sales, service, and other teams to address customer requirements.
• Coordinate service appointments and ensure smooth service delivery.

4. Customer Feedback and Follow-Up

• Collect feedback to gauge customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their queries or issues have been resolved.

5. Documentation and Record-Keeping

• Maintain accurate customer records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Update customer contact details, preferences, and transaction history.

6. Promoting Additional Services

• Upsell or cross-sell products and services, such as extended warranties, service packages, or new launches.
• Educate customers about ongoing offers and loyalty programs.

7. Performance Metrics and Reporting

• Meet individual targets for customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide regular reports to management on customer interactions, trends, and issues.

8. Knowledge of Products and Policies

• Stay updated about the company's products, services, and processes.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings.
