Roles and Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the accuracy in lead database management.
• Engaging with leads on social media platforms and Google My Business,
• Conducting outbound calls to qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
• Following up with leads and maintain CRM for effective lead management.
• Communicating with leads via WhatsApp, nurturing them through personalised messages.
• Pitching and scheduling site visits or online discovery meetings for qualified leads, coordinating with sales executives.
Skills and Experience:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Odia
• High Proficiency in English written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency in using CRM software (experience with CRM preferred).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in customer facing roles preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate industry terminology and processes is a plus.
Experience Requirement: 1-2 years
Salary-2.5L to 3.4L per annum + Perfomance Bonus
