Job Summary:

We are excited to offer an opportunity for motivated recent graduates with a business background to join our team as Client Relationship Executives. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for managing client interactions through phone and email, ensuring smooth and effective communication. This position focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships without any sales targets. Responsibilities:

• Handle client communication via phone calls and emails, providing timely and professional support.
• Use MS Office applications to create, manage, and maintain documents, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain accurate tracking sheets to oversee and organize tasks and projects.
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling client meetings, ensuring all necessary information is prepared and readily available.

Qualifications:

• MBA Freshers / Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Preferred male candidates.
• Only candidates with less than 1 year of work experience should apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
