Designation: Customer Relationship - Team Manager Roles and responsibilities: - 1 Managing the team of RM\xe2\x80\x99s and Ensure Team member\xe2\x80\x99s performance meets the expected client requirements. 2 Monitoring performance of team members on timely basis. 3 Motivating team and keep them active towards achieving targets. 4 Providing training to new joinees 5 Resolving general queries of parents. 6 Informing parents and managing classes in terms of cancellation or rescheduling 7 Collecting feedback from Trainers, verifying it at their end and delivering it to parents 8 RMs will be available during playing sessions and tournament time, to respond to the queries of parents. 9 Calling parents with regular intervals (twice in 30 days) to inform and push maximum students to participate in internal tournament. 10 Maintaining a list of drop-out students with reasoning. 11 Sending private messages to all the parents before the first session to inform about their role and call once the session is over. 12 Keeping a check whether the link has been posted in the group by Trainer before 30 minutes of the first session. 13 Sending \xe2\x80\x98Feedback Form\xe2\x80\x99 links to parents on the last day of course completion. 14 Sending Certificates to parents. (Operations Incharge will make certificates). Certificates will be awarded to students during the last class of course completion. RMs will distribute the certificates. It will be given to parents later. 15 Looking into renewal of further courses and try to upsell it or sell a greater number of courses in one shot by providing discount, as per UPSTEP\xe2\x80\x99s Guidelines. 16 Entering in zoom meetings to see whether the trainer is conducting the session properly or not. (This is to check basic requirements such as - whether camera is on or off). Qualifications * Minimum 8 years of experience in Customer Service and team handling experience
