Position Overview:
DOPS Event Ops LLP, a leading name in event operations, is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Relationship and Sales Executive to join our team. As part of our mission to deliver seamless event solutions, we cater to high-profile clients, offering services that include event operations, social media management, travel itinerary handling, and more. The ideal candidate will excel at client handling, sales, and building strong, lasting relationships with our esteemed clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Address client inquiries promptly, providing tailored solutions and accurate information.
• Build trust and rapport with clients through regular communication and gentle follow-ups.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand DOPS Event Ops LLP's client base.
• Present and promote our wide range of services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized services that exceed client expectations.
• Employ strategic and thoughtful approaches to engage and convert potential clients into long-term partners.
• Communicate the value and expertise DOPS brings to every project, showcasing our commitment to quality and innovation.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for persuasion and client handling.
• Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, or similar roles.
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
• Experience in social media and digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while managing high-pressure situations.
